Adapt to openSSL v1.1 #10

A first attempt at compile with openSSL v1.1.

Only compile-tested

Is this compatible with OpenSSL version 1.0.2.x? Anyway, big thanks for the effort, I'll be testing sometime this week.

Backwards compatibility confirmed.
