Remove custom snap plugin after next snapcraft release #24

It looks like the upstream fix that currently requires the custom x-python snap plugin just landed. See https://github.com/snapcore/snapcraft/pull/2771.

Once this has been included in a snapcraft release, we should remove the custom plugin.
