snapcraft.yaml is tied to a particular release version #5

Using "master" doesn't work. snapcraft seems to try to use pip to fulfil "certbot" from PyPI for certbot-nginx and certbot-apache2, but the version required isn't published in PyPI yet (since it's in development) so it fails.

Today (upstream git master is on d8057f0) this seems to work.
