No integration test for Apache #8

The Apache plugin was broken in the snap before commit a93c560 and I didn't know. Upstream doesn't currently have an integration test for Apache that I can use. It'd be nice to have one to avoid integration regressions in the Apache plugin caused by the snap building process.
