Everywhere in the project, the concept of Chiral Symmetry Breaking NEEDS TO BE REPLACED with

Parity Symmetry Breaking

TSD1 and TSD2 are parity partners. these concepts must be replaced in the following:

  1. Code snippets
  2. Method definitions
  3. Mathematica implementations
  4. Project workflow descriptions
  5. Diagrams and plots

Issue solved with the merge of the parity branch into the main branch
