Use the documents Pure_TriaxialEllipsoid.nb and Double-Energy-Shift_Fit.nb to get the usable data. Experimental data is stored in Resources/Documentation/experimental_data_ensdf.pdf.

The theoretical and experimental data sets that will be used within the ellipsoid grid generation were fixed in this commit.
