"MRSK is a versatile deployment system that enables the seamless deployment of web applications from bare metal to cloud VMs. The system leverages Docker technology to containerize applications, which provides consistency between environments and makes portability effortless. Furthermore, MRSK employs the dynamic reverse-proxy Traefik to manage incoming requests while new application containers are being started and old ones are being stopped. This ensures that there is zero downtime during the deployment process, making it highly reliable. The system works seamlessly across multiple hosts and utilizes SSHKit to execute commands remotely and in parallel, making the deployment process faster and more efficient. While initially built for Rails applications, MRSK is compatible with any type of web application that can be containerized using Docker."
