Improve styling by adding SimpleCSS #5

Adding basic styling to the page by introducing SimpleCSS trough their official CDN. It comes with support for dark mode.

Adding basic semantic structure to the document - header, navigation, main, sections, footer.

Got a full redesign on the way. I like the rough look we have now until that's ready. Thanks for giving this a go, though!
