as per the screenshot, after logout/log back in all works as expected and after a while it disappears again.

This was mentioned few times before, at least it seems to be the same problem as before.

I've removed Pano for new installations. It's unfortunately not stable enough yet for Gnome 46. So would recommend just turning that off in the Gnome Extensions app.
