Pow installation fails on Node 5.x #520

Tried on both Node v5.0.0 and v5.1.1 on OS X 10.11.1. Let me know if there's any debug information I can provide. There sadly seemed to be no way to get a clear reason for the error.

Pow includes its own node binary, so that isn't really possible.. I think one of the files the pow installer tries to write to does already exists.
