Only one person - tutorial needed #2

I was trying to make a face swap on a video that had 2 people in it and it turned out weird. Is there a way to select the person in the video that I want to swap? I know there is a parameter flag for this but I cant find a guide anywhere on how to select the person I want to swap. Thanks in advance
