+30 Ramadan Makkah conflict with manual adjustments #25

If someone is using the MakkahRamadan calculation (+30 for Isha during Ramadan), and they have set a manual adjustment to the Isha prayer time, the +30 is cancelled and the app only shows the manual adjustment that was made.

Issue is resolved when user resets the manual adjustment for Isha.
