feat: setup basic app overlay structure

Feature: Base Tabs Overlay

I worked in this basic sketch to guide us on the main feature (I'm not UX/UI so sorry for that), where we can build the simple files and each one work on a specific feature for now.

The key tabs is:

• [TOP BAR] Heading with Title and Base Information
• [LEFT BAR] Tree Explorer View
• [MIDDLE] Main View
• [BOTTOM] Text Area

Organize it first would be our main task for now.
