Still maintained? #75

Is this project still maintained? I see a lot of open issues, a lot of them could be closed I guess. Some related to Voi which seem to be kind of urgent.

14 pull requests are currently open.

If not what do you guys think of forking this project? The code looks very clean and maintainable.

None of those 14 PRs include tests. They remain open to allow tests to be added.
