Respawn des joueurs swappé #102

Orange Box donne la possibilité de faire respawn les joueurs (avec un peu 
d'astuce sur CS:S). On pourrait faire en sorte de faire respawn les joueurs 
swappé par les arbitres.

Ha ! Les joueurs swapés renaissent immédiatement dans le camp opposé. Par 
contre il arrive que ça compte comme un suicide.

que d'être kickés)

Modifié dans la r371 : le respawn ne concerne plus que les bots.
