Updates to HAC to provide the full dendrogram #78

Purpose of code changes on this branch:

The current HAC implementation provides only the final clustering output, but 
doesn't provide access into the full dendrogram that may have been built.  This 
update provides access.

This code review also fixes all the javadoc errors in the clustering packages, 
and fixes a few errors that FindBugs found.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
