pritunl update #3

Could you update pritunl to the lastest version or this depends on the ubuntu repo and it will be done automatically?

On the other hand does this work without running it with --priviledge? I guess is not really needed since the VPN comunications are over network and the docker can still be protected. Is there any downside?

@miketweaver I think I have the issue fixed in my branch. So far I'm only able to get wireguard to work with the windows Pritunl client. OpenVPN still works with android.
