For working on my development plan, I've focused on setting clear goals to guide my progress both technically and professionally. In the short term, I aim to improve my coding practice by dedicating an hour a day to coding on weekdays. This will help me build consistency and sharpen my programming skills. For the medium-term goal, I want to improve my written English by actively correcting the errors pointed out by grammar tools, which will enhance my communication skills. My long-term goal is to secure a job in tech by sending one tailored CV each day after completing my Code Your Future program. This structured approach helps me stay focused on improving both my technical and soft skills, aligning with my career aspirations in software development.
Coursework content
Using the Build Your Life plan and your first version of your Career Development plan, we want you to continuously think about the goals you want to achieve: short/medium/long-term. These should still be linked to the areas you want to develop.
Remember: 2-3 areas are enough to change in such a short time, so it's better to focus on a few, get them nailed, and then choose another area.
Ensure you are not only thinking of technical knowledge you want to acquire but especially skills and processes that will help you become a developer.
