Update Riak cookbook for 2.4.14 (riak 1.4.10)
Moving Authors to README, updating copyright
Added packagebutt support
Remove Ubuntu 13.04 support (EOL)
Add Ubuntu 14.04 support

@hectcastro any opposition to moving this to chef_zero. Also any reason that root_path needs to be set explicitly still?

Agreed with cutting over to chef_zero provisioner. root_path is probably OK to remove, as long as the Fedora tests pass. Was originally added as an attempt to get around https://github.com/agileorbit-cookbooks/java/pull/150.

I'll try to run the test suite on this branch over the weekend.

Forgot to branch this off of develop, will file another PR but it will effectively be the same.
