Add support for deploying Riak S2 to a Mesos cluster. #92

Included is a README with instructions, sample Marathon JSON files, wrapper scripts to launch Riak S2 and Stanchion, a script to handle creating a Riak cluster and the associated Riak S2 nodes, and a sample s3cmd configuration file to use.
