b_b driver for riak_dt sets/maps via erlang-client/pb
include various example config files related to benching w/ the driver
b_b valgen updates giving the ability to valgen via fixed/variable binary sets, varying distribution sets and poisson, and using keygens as valgens... which much can be credited to @russelldb.
