Allow multiple wildcards in a single mapping #139

It's currently possible to use multiple variables in a single mapping. But include_default doesn't work very well with that.

I'd say it's a very loose 'possible'. Some things will work and others not, so at this point you can use at your own risk.

That being said, I've never had a good example of a mapping with multiple wildcards to try and test. Would you mind showing us your example?

I implemented this because of uriak_pool. You can specify multiple riak clusters with multiple riak nodes in the config. My current schema is not pretty but it work.
