Add +scl and +sub support #163

Partially addresses #108. Both flags (but especially "+scl false") is necessary (in part) for avoiding scheduler collapse, even with R16 (sadpanda).

@seancribbs I'm flexible ... I was following the rule of: the RHS of the name should include the initials of the flag. Your suggestion would definitely make the names shorter.

I can redo the docs, no worries.
