This package has been published on hex, where the last version is 2.2.20, from 2017. I can't find this tag in the repo, however (the previous one, 2.2.19, is here).
It would be nice if you could cut a new release that includes #245 so that it can be published to hex.
In addition, I've spoken with the current package maintainer on hex, and he's willing to transfer the ownership to you, if you want.
