Maintenance warning #8

Hi.

It seems this repo. stopped being maintained in favor of https://github.com/alertlogic/rebar_raw_resource. Would it be possible to:

  1. archive it?
  2. have a notice in the README stating that the new repo should be preferred?

There's 3 PRs:

  1. https://github.com/basho/rebar_raw_resource/pull/3 is equivalent to https://github.com/alertlogic/rebar_raw_resource/pull/1,
  2. https://github.com/basho/rebar_raw_resource/pull/6 is equivalent to https://github.com/alertlogic/rebar_raw_resource/pull/2,
  3. https://github.com/basho/rebar_raw_resource/pull/2 wasn't ported over, but it's an easy fix.
