Cluster Metadata Has Zero Stats #379

We should probably have some. Some to consider:

exchange stats: missing prefix/subprefix count, repaired key stats. something like AAE exchange status but simpler?
broadcast stats: messages sent, messages received, grafts, prunes, etc (not sure if this should be a rolling time window or something)
metadata stats: number of keys, etc

Of course not all of these need to be plugged in stats proper (e.g. exchange stats may just be logged).

moving to 2.0-RC for now since this is a visibility improvement. May slip.

We still have no stats. Probably a 2.0.1 thing.

@jrwest is this something I can help you with? It would be good to ship with stats for support, fires, etc.

while stats are great its not exactly clear which ones would be helpful for support and why. The above may be helpful but some of the info can be found elsewhere right now (e.g. logs). This does not mean that CM is not supportable: https://gist.github.com/jrwest/d290c14e1c472e562548#3-tips-for-debugging-and-resolving-issues

I would love people to help w/ Cluster Metadata in 2.0.1 :). That is one of the reasons the documents linked above exist -- so people can get familiar.
