Ctrl-C kills riak attached console before pressing 'a' when CS EE is coupled with EE #13

riak attach intermittently exits with single ctrl-c rather than ctrl-c ctrl-c or ctrl-c a when running on CentOS 6.3
On first glance it seems to be related to the shell environment and/or the 'exec' built-in.
Our package manager is looking into this behavior.

I reproduced it on CentOS 6.3 - 64bit with Riak EE 1.4.3 . This happens only when CS installed with add_paths on riak_kv section of app.config. This also does not kill Riak process, so it's harmless.

This does not happen either without Riak CS or on CentOS 6.4 or later. Weird but I'll track this in case when we see at other environments.

Also, I didn't test at open source version of Riak + Riak CS.
