remove cluster_info #54

Cluster info has been folded into riaknostic, so rip it out here.

I see similar pull requests in a few other repos … is there some over-arching plan somewhere that explains how/why/where/when this shift is happening?

This is the overarching pull request. I am working on getting a release of riaknostic with cluster_info out this week.

The timeline is:

Scott had some enhancements he wanted to add to cluster info for 1.2
Dizzy decided that cluster info more properly belonged in a tool like riaknostic, so we can do new revisions and checks more quickly than versions.
The task got handed to me.
