Top-level navigation in tabs #101

This is a feature request to have the top-level navigation in horizontal tabs, similarly to what's done in the Material for mkdocs theme: https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/setup/setting-up-navigation/ .

This would replace the breadcrumb feature.
