See updates to README.md and commands.md - Adds ability to have bot grab songs and join the waitlist.

Adding list join and leave, grab, and shuffle.

Updated PR to refactor all UI-based (non-API based) commands to botInterfaceUtilities object and add showplaylists and switchplaylist commands for Bot DJ.
