Cursor not changing to wand properly #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a neuron group
2. Click the wand button

This error is occurring on Mac OSX 10.9.4 running Oracle's JDK 1.8.20, it does 
not appear to occur on Linux. As one may notice the cursor does not change to 
the transparent wand. The change can be induced by right-clicking sometimes.
