Is windows xp supported ? #60

I dont have a machine with windows xp to test out, but i wonder if you have tested it since it's not mentioned in the README.md

XP has never been supported. The reason is that WinDivert is built on top of Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) which was first implemented in Windows Vista.
