Add teardown of E2201 - RODRET #54

The part underneath the shield can, as already guessed here, is labelled MG21 - https://www.silabs.com/wireless/zigbee/efr32mg21-series-2-socs

I have not looking under the shield and also not trying read its ID with SDW probe but it shall being possible then the OTA file is Silabs format and i dont IKEA have going for one MFR32MG24. Also its very likely debug locked so not possible reading the internal flash and RAM but we was fixing that with Symfonisk II with Styrbars bootloader and flashing the OTA update file on one clean module.
