Open with Defaul Applications Menu Problem

Hey,

i always had the Problem with "open with" that it doenst show all the programs i have installed and can then select my default application. last week i did a system update and everything was working. files opened with the default application i choose (sadly over mimelist manually) and i had all programs and that dialog you see attached. no after another pacman -SYu all is gone again and not working anymore

any ideas?
