Not starting (Ubuntu 22.04) #1507

Hi, i use Ubuntu 22.04 (mate). Install bspwm and sxhkd using apt install, copy example config file for each to ~/.config/bspwm and ~/.config/sxhkd, make it executable using chmod +x

After, if i go to logout menu and pick bspwm as window manager, then enter password, bspwm not start up, it returned to default Ubuntu wm

Edit: For reference dwm can start, but bspwm not Pin video

The video is not much to go on, about same as the description. I think your best bet would be looking for your xsession startup logs to see anything that would be reporting errors.
