Add a back button on TOC #232

Perhaps I'm missing something but it seems that the TOC list requires a back button so users can get back to where they were without having to tap a TOC item.

Tapping the bottom left corner will do that.

Maybe a visual indication of that would help? I understand that the screen is divided in to regions, but there's quite a few and without visual assistance or an in-app help it's not so easy to learn what each do.
