How to get synchronous images from 2 USB cameras triggered with software trigger. #162

Hello I'm new in this purpose. I would like to capture images at the same time triggered by software trigger. The idea is to know the pairs of images captured by the camera. I need these because after that I would like to use those images to get a 3D reconstruction. Does anyone know how to achieve these purpose.

For 3d reconstruction HW trigger/sync is the right way to do it. Or IEEE 1588 for Basler GigEVision devices
