Add ozw.set_config_parameter abilities #66

I have a house full of Inovelli Red Series Dimmers that, when using @claytonjn's Circadian Daylight under ST was able to control the "Default Level" and "Default Z-Wave Level" parameters for these switches, which allowed the switches to automatically turn on to the dimmed level instead of turning on to last level, then dimming to the correct level for the AL setpoint.

The following command works, I'd like the ability to add the light, but also the parameter to the integration to all be set/updated to the AL level: image

If this is built in already, I was not able to find in the wiki.

No longer needed since ozw is deprecated.
