Min Color Temp Ignored #831

I have several integrations that have been running without issues for years. For some reason the min temp color temp is now ignored on some of the integrations. Min color has been set to 2400 but for some reasons the lights are set to 2000. Other integrations don't have this issue and adhere to the min/max set.

Config is made from the UI.

I believe the issue appeared when updating to core_2023.11.0 but not certain. Tried rolling back to core_2023.10.5 with no change.

No changes have been made to lights or adaptive light config.

Do you experience this bug without adaptive-lighting?

Duplicating the entry will now make sure that the lights don't go outside the restraints set. The lights will set to 2400 kelvin and not 2000. However, they don't adjust up. Right now this entry is stuck at 2403 kelvin where all other entries in the house are at 3378.

Reloading the entry will update the lights.
