Failing to detect manual control changes via Govee App on Recessed Lights

4. Describe the bug and how to reproduce it: For some reason, these specific lights are not detecting manual control properly when triggered outside of HA. I have other Govee lights (light strips) and Hue (bulbs & light strips) that do not have this problem, but these Govee Recessed lights (Model H601A & H601B) appear to work a bit differently with AL.

[Pass] HA Manual Control

• Change Recessed Lights HA Group to Green
• Check AL Recessed Config
• Observe Manual control set (expected)
• Wait for AL interval, no adaption (expected)

[Fail] External Manual Control (Govee App)

• Change Recessed Lights HA Group to Green
• Check AL Recessed Config
• Observe Manual control NOT set (not expected)
• Wait for AL interval, adaption still happens (not expected)

5. Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   • Restart HA to clear logs
   • Enable Debug Logs
   • Perform above [FAIL] test case
   • Grab logs
