Streamdeck plus support #127

Hello! Really interesting project here. Note that I don't own any streamdeck yet but I'm looking at it in order to manage my multi-room media. I'm wondering if you support / plan on supporting Streamdeck plus, it seems to differ by two features:

For the rotary devices I'd be interested to know if i could use it to control my multiroom audio (ie: one rotary encoders per room), or the lights in the room (going up and down in terms of brightness). It might be a bit tricky to implement in order to not send too many signals to home assistant, but that's a problem i've seen solved on different implementation (controllerX receives and process a rotation start and rotation stop events from zigbee devices)

Thoughts?

I see it's duplicate from https://github.com/basnijholt/home-assistant-streamdeck-yaml/issues/94 ; Couldn't find it initially due to the fact that I was searching for "plus" and not +, sorry about that!

Closing because its indeed a duplicate.

When this PR is merged and released we can support the + (https://github.com/abcminiuser/python-elgato-streamdeck/pull/108).
