This happens if the electronics are compromised or there's a problem to begin with. Usually shows up as "moisture 0%" regardless of what it should be. Battery will drain fast and it will not read correct.
It has happened on a few new sensors I got, got replacement ones that worked.
If it's an old sensor it probably got wet electronics. Dry it and see if it can be cleaned with electronics cleaner.

Looking at this, i'll be happy to have a battery by the end of the week 😔.
I'm polling every 30 min... Am i doing something wrong, or would the original batteries just be crap? Because this is not expected behaviour, right?
