implemented handling of negative temperatures #65

This is based on https://github.com/open-homeautomation/miflora/pull/59 and resolved https://github.com/open-homeautomation/miflora/issues/49.

I did some fine tuning on the formula and also added a test case with negative temperatures (I put the sensor in the freezer... :smile: )
