titlesdump.ini not updating #486

I'm trying to set categories for my games using the titlesdump.ini file stored 
on the SD card.  I'm using the latest release 2.2.

The file titlesdump.ini only contains about 60 or so titles and I have around 
75 installed.  I've even tried to delete the ini file to see if wiiflow can 
recreate it, but nothing.  How do I get titlesdump.ini to re-populate with my 
current complete list of titles?

dump_chanlist=yes
dump_gamelist=yes
