List all Audio and MIDI inputs and outputs and allow user to select and mix from them

So for both Audio and MIDI show all inputs and outputs.

Then allow the user to select and mix between them, so we need to imagine all scenarios such as:

• MIDI from non default device to an Audio out
• Multiple ins and Multiple MIDIs going out to multiple audio outs

Related to this, it would be really cool to have different MIDI devices route to different Synthesisers so that you can have a cheapo multi-KORG setup all running from a Pi, kind of like multiple instances of the application except we just have a single instance doing all the work.

So essentially we want a mixer 😁

This is no longer relevant since we have decided to use JACK for all I/O.

Users can do this mixing and much more with JACK including sending audio out data to other applications etc etc.
