Livereload not working with Sass #5

Watch task doesn't seem to be working for Sass. None of my updates to the Sass files within the Bootstrap folder will livereload. Are there any conflicts that you're aware of?

hi thanks for posting your issues. I'll update the project to Bootstrap v4.0.0-beta first. After that i'll try to test and fix your issue.
