Cannot redeclare plugin_settings_link() #14

We recieved a support ticket that our plugin clashed with yours.

We solved the issue. I realized the the issue is originally from the plugin template that you used and I created a PR for it.

@grappler thanks for mention this issue. I have fixed this. Also thanks for the pull request adding the function to the class makes sense indeed.
