Feature/file permissions #22

Allowing the user to determine that they have at least specific permissions for a selected file in order for the associated action to appear in the context menu.

I'm not 100% happy with the position of the option in the configurator, but I think anything different would require a rethink of the whole layout, so I'm going merge it as is.
