Green screen #173

Getting a green screen in our App on Chrome 114.0.5735.61 (but not on Firefox) on a Galaxy 8 Android 9 and have the same in the demo site. It seems to just be display of what the camera sees in real time is broken, as Take a Snapshot works correctly and records an image of what the camera is looking at (but the green screen blocks). Its a chrome bug. It was fixed in canary version 17 Days ago. You can apply the fix locally by installing Chrome canary, verifying that the version is at least 118.0.5955.0 (in the about:version page) and enabling Use passthrough command decoder in about:flags.
