com.oculus.appsafety not being disabled #40

After disabling telemetry with Oculess v1.3.1 com.oculus.appsafety is showing as enabled. How can I turn it off?

That's a known bug #5 Meta removed the possibility to disable AppSafety some time ago. The best you can currently do is block it's internet access with NetGuard. I'm closing this as duplicate.
